This Privacy Policy explains how Therapy Road collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit therapyroad.com, place an order, contact us, or interact with our marketing. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.

Therapy Road is operated by Therapy Road, with a business address at Los Angeles, Ca. References to “we,” “us,” and “Therapy Road” mean that entity.

Payment information processed by our payment providers. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
Communications you send us by email, contact forms, chat, social media, or phone, including any attachments.
Marketing preferences, survey responses, reviews, and feedback.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our site, we automatically collect:

Usage information such as pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring URL, search queries on the site, and the date and time of your visit.

3.1 Service Providers

We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, including ecommerce platform hosts, print and production partners, payment processors, shipping carriers, customer support tools, email and SMS marketing platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms, fraud prevention services, and IT and security providers. These vendors are authorized to use your information only as needed to perform the services we request.

3.2 Production Partners

To produce custom apparel, we share order details and design files with print and manufacturing partners. These partners are required to use the information solely to fulfil your order.

3.3 Legal and Safety

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required to comply with law, legal process, or government request; to enforce our terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Therapy Road, our customers, or the public; or to prevent fraud or illegal activity.

We work with advertising and analytics partners, which may include Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar platforms, to measure site performance and to deliver advertising to you on third party sites and apps. These partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with our site and other sites over time. Under some state laws, this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out as described in Section 8.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to:

We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no industry standard for how to interpret them.

Order records, including custom design files, are typically retained for at least the period required by applicable law and may be kept longer to support reorders and warranty claims.

When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete or de identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

8. Your Privacy Rights

8.1 California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights, subject to verification and exceptions:

The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share, and to receive a copy of that information.
The right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
The right to correct inaccurate personal information.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will verify your request before responding. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf with proper authorization.

In the prior 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers; commercial information; internet or other electronic activity; geolocation; visual information you upload; inferences; and customer records information. We may have shared identifiers, commercial information, and internet activity with advertising partners for cross context behavioural advertising.

8.2 Other U.S. State Rights

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, Texas, and others as applicable, may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, port, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. Contact us using the information in Section 13 to submit a request.

8.3 EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and similar laws, including the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

8.4 Opt Out of Marketing

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. Transactional messages about your orders are not marketing and may continue.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the information in Section 13.

10. International Data Transfers

Therapy Road is based in the United States. If you access the site or place an order from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
